C&rsquo;est selon moi la pratique la plus efficace de l&rsquo;Ayurveda. Un auto-massage \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same ti\u00e8de, suivi d&rsquo;un bain ou d&rsquo;une douche chaude, fait l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;un apr\u00e8s-midi au spa&nbsp;! On ressort d\u00e9tendu, apais\u00e9, avec cette sensation de satisfaction et de compl\u00e9tude <strong>qu&rsquo;on appelle Santosha en Yoga, ou le contentement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"> Je suis d&rsquo;accord, cela demande un peu de temps, qu&rsquo;on n&rsquo;a pas forc\u00e9ment tous les jours. <strong>Il existe une version beaucoup plus simple et rapide, que vous pouvez pratiquer en fin de journ\u00e9e, au moment o\u00f9 vous vous couchez.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Vous pouvez prendre quelques gouttes d&rsquo;huile de S\u00e9same  dans le creux de la main, puis huiler l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des 2 narines, en n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitant pas \u00e0 bien monter dans la cavit\u00e9 nasale avec votre petit doigt.<br>Vous pouvez faire de m\u00eame avec les conduits auditifs et les pavillons des oreilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Puis vous mettez quelques gouttes sous la plante de chaque pied, que vous massez pour bien faire p\u00e9n\u00e9trer. Le plus important est de mettre de l&rsquo;huile sur la vo\u00fbte plantaire, et pas forc\u00e9ment sous toute la plante du pied. (mieux vaut r\u00e9server une paire de chaussettes \u00e0 enfiler apr\u00e8s le massage pour prot\u00e9ger le sol et une serviette pour votre t\u00eate quand vous \u00eates dans votre  lit)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">En gardant vos narines, vos oreilles et les  plantes de pieds bien huil\u00e9s, vous vous prot\u00e9gez du froidissement de la nuit ou de la s\u00e9cheresse d&rsquo;une nuit chaude et orageuse . C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s efficace pour apaiser les exc\u00e8s de Vata, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du vent qui nous d\u00e9stabilise, nous rend anxieux et nous emp\u00eache de bien dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Vous pouvez aussi huiler le nez et les oreilles plusieurs fois dans la journ\u00e9e, en gardant sur vous une petite bouteille compte-goutte remplie d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">C&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement important lorsque le temps est froid et sec, lorsque vous \u00eates dans une pi\u00e8ce climatis\u00e9e, ou quand vous prenez le train ou l&rsquo;avion.
