Ce massage ayurv\u00e9dique du visage, t\u00eate et nuque est compos\u00e9 de man\u0153uvres gliss\u00e9es effectu\u00e9es avec les pouces et de stimulations sur les points <em>marma.<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nathalie-yoga.com\/index.php\/massages\/\"> MASSAGES<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\" id=\"viewer-2hhqp\"><strong>Ce soin est ressenti comme tr\u00e8s relaxant par la plupart des gens, car le syst\u00e8me nerveux qui est r\u00e9gi par le <em>dosha vata<\/em> est apais\u00e9 lors de la pratique de mukhabhyanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\" id=\"viewer-p907\">Ces techniques permettent de lib\u00e9rer des blocages d\u2019\u00e9nergie, soulagent des maux comme les migraines. Il agit sur la vision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Shanka<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;conque&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, au niveau des tempes, contr\u00f4le le colon et Apana&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9nergie qui descend&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Ajna<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;le troisi\u00e8me oeil&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;est \u00e9galement un chakra.
