LE SWEDANA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Le but du SWEDANA est de d\u00e9tacher&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atma.bio\/lelimination-dama\/\">les toxines<\/a>&nbsp;des tissus, les rendre \u00ab Utkle\u015ba \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Les pressions du massage permettent d\u2019activer la circulation des liquides et de mettre en mouvement&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atma.bio\/ama\/\">les toxines<\/a>&nbsp;et les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atma.bio\/sujets\/ayurveda\/anatomie-et-physiologie\/dosha\/\">dosha<\/a>(s), vata, pitta et kapha .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-fd3f2c0b284e6700fd2d296c655f0685\">De plus, l\u2019huile favorise cette mobilisation en captant les&nbsp;d\u00e9chets&nbsp;liposolubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-d9b0c2b372d2f462c495a9001c6a9eb9\">Apr\u00e8s le massage, la sudation entre en jeu pour terminer ce travail de d\u00e9tachement en ouvrant les canaux pour l\u2019\u00e9vacuation des mati\u00e8res d\u00e9tach\u00e9es par le massage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-5faab8749b8a78e9e7a83e6e7cf79a11\"><strong>J&rsquo;effectue par des mouvements avec mes mains et un jet de chaleur sur et  autour des articulations ( zones plus \u00e9troites, plus denses et en pressions ), pour finir le d\u00e9tachement des toxines.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-7f2059513c6b596470139f6394938670\">Effectivement, la chaleur permet la dilatation de tous les tissus et notamment des art\u00e8res et des veines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-1eee76292667ad76c8169b1a8cab5243\">Svedana est une forme d\u2019inflammation volontaire du corps pour lib\u00e9rer les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atma.bio\/sujets\/ayurveda\/anatomie-et-physiologie\/dhatu\/\">tissus<\/a>&nbsp;des&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atma.bio\/sujets\/ayurveda\/anatomie-et-physiologie\/dosha\/\">dosha<\/a>(s) vici\u00e9s ou des&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atma.bio\/ama\/\">toxines<\/a>&nbsp;\u00e0 \u00e9vacuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-8a26d3642827fb5fe425f438ad5d88b1\">Je peux finaliser le massage, par l&#8217;emploie une cabine de sudation sur l&rsquo;ensemble du corps, sauf la t\u00eate n&rsquo;est pas expos\u00e9e, si j&rsquo;ai  constat\u00e9  des zones de r\u00e9tentions importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-a0c5d3f47594916064cf0df59e6f7e2e\">Apr\u00e8s la sudation, il faut observer un moment de repos afin que le corps revienne \u00e0 sa temp\u00e9rature normale et permettre aux mati\u00e8res d\u00e9tach\u00e9es ( les malas ) d\u2019aller vers les voies les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atma.bio\/mental-sain-et-sante\/\">agitations du mental<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">les sudations sans l\u2019utilisation du feu, pour le
