Elle est extr\u00eamement riches en<strong> vitamines A, B1, B2, B3, C, D, E, K et U<\/strong>, en sels min\u00e9raux (calcium, fer, magn\u00e9sium, phosphore, potassium, sodium, soufre), et en oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments (cobalt, iode, mangan\u00e8se,\u00a0zinc). Si vous la mangez germ\u00e9e,\u00a0son go\u00fbt est\u00a0doux et sa texture croquante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-accent-2-color has-accent-1-background-color has-text-color
