Par ma personnalit\u00e9, je voulais un yoga non commercial, mais un yoga <strong>traditionnel<\/strong>, <strong>originel <\/strong>et <strong>pur<\/strong>.  Un yoga qui convient \u00e0 une <strong>vie de famille<\/strong>, de m\u00e8re, femme ,amie\u2026.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Les n\u00e2tha<\/strong> = (n\u00e2th) ou encore les n\u0101tha yogin font partie de la tradition du yoga tantrique et sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 un mouvement philosophique en relation avec le Shiva\u00efsme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Le terme <strong>n\u00e2tha <\/strong>vient de la racine verbale (dh\u0101tu) sanscrite n\u00e2th dans le sens de <strong>dominer<\/strong>, <strong>\u00eatre ma\u00eetre de<\/strong>. N\u00e2tha signifie \u00e0 la fois protecteur, ma\u00eetre, seigneur, et m\u00eame \u00e9poux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Le <strong>hatha yoga<\/strong>, le yoga de l\u2019effort violent (hatha = <strong>force<\/strong>, <strong>endurance<\/strong>, <strong>effort soutenu<\/strong>) est la pratique des natha yogins, dans la ligne directe du yoga originel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">La voie des <strong>natha yogis<\/strong> serait la lign\u00e9e de transmission la plus ancienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>La voie des n\u00e2tha yogi est essentiellement une voie pratique et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences personnelles<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La philosophie vient de la pratique et non d\u2019une \u00ab masturbation \u00bb intellectuelle.<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">On est bien loin ici du yoga marketing de notre \u00e9poque ou se terme est utilis\u00e9 pour tout et n\u2019importe quoi : power yoga, yoga bikram, paddle yoga, yoga du rire, yoga des hormones,\u2026 souvent m\u00eame avec copyright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">M\u00eame si certains de ces \u00ab trucs \u00bb peuvent apport\u00e9s quelques choses, ils n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 voir avec le yoga \u00ab originel \u00bb. D\u2019autres ont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 associ\u00e9 un nom indien au mot yoga comme le a\u2026 yoga, le v.. yoga, le k\u2026 yoga et ce n\u2019est pas mieux, sauf pour l\u2019aspect commercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Une pratique du n\u00e2tha yoga comprend <strong>plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments<\/strong> qui sont toujours <strong>associ\u00e9s<\/strong>, m\u00eame si en fonction de la recherche, on mettra plus l\u2019accent sur un aspect particulier. La pratique va \u00eatre une unification de tous les niveaux de l\u2019\u00eatre humain. On retrouvera toujours les notions de verticalit\u00e9 et d\u2019immobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-accent-2-color has-accent-1-background-color has-text-color has-background has-large-font-size\"><strong>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus courants de la pratique :<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>La posture (asana)<\/strong> : elle va permettre dans un premier temps de l\u00e2cher les tensions superficielles ou profondes, en fonction de la dur\u00e9e puis de mettre le corps dans une configuration particuli\u00e8re dans laquelle on fera circuler l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>La respiration (pr\u00e2n\u00e2y\u00e2ma)<\/strong> : au d\u00e9part, on va essayer de lib\u00e9rer le souffle physiologique, pneumatique, puis avec l\u2019allongement des rythmes respiratoires on fera circuler l\u2019\u00e9nergie (qui est associ\u00e9e au souffle : pr\u00e2na) dans la structure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (nadi, chakra) C\u2019est avec le souffle que l\u2019on va arriver \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ses \u00e9motions et ma\u00eetriser son mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>Les gestes et contractions (mudra et bandha)<\/strong> : ils permettent de verrouiller la structure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique puis quand c\u2019est possible, en les poussant de mettre le feu aux poudres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>La fixation oculaire (drishti)<\/strong> : permet la stabilit\u00e9 mentale. Quand on les pousse \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame, ces pratiques peuvent amener \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9veil de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>La concentration (dharana)<\/strong> : permet d\u2019occuper le mental pour rester dans la pratique, c\u2019est la visualisation. Elle permet d\u2019investir la structure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Ensuite, c\u2019est la porte d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 Les mantra : permettent l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des \u00e9tats vibratoires sp\u00e9cifiques en fonction du mantra choisit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>Les yantra (forme g\u00e9om\u00e9trique)<\/strong> : ils sont toujours associ\u00e9s aux mantra et permettent l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des couches \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques profondes de l\u2019inconscient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>La m\u00e9ditation (dyana)<\/strong> : permet de passer sur un autre registre des fonctionnements et de I\u2018exp\u00e9rience humaine&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Le n\u00e2tha yoga fait aussi appel \u00e0 d\u2019autres techniques en fonctions des besoins :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>Les nettoyages (kriya)<\/strong> : dans les m\u00e9thodologies tantriques, ils sont assez limit\u00e9s, on n\u2019en fait pas beaucoup. On peut citer : jala nethi, mulashodana, certains dhrishti, certains pr\u00e2n\u00e2y\u00e2ma&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>Le yoga <\/strong><strong>(<\/strong><strong> du son <\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>avec l\u2019utilisation des instruments traditionnels (bol tib\u00e9tain, conque, gong, damaru, tambour,\u2026)&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 Le natha yoga peut aussi inclure des applications th\u00e9rapeutiques (ciktisa), pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre certaines difficult\u00e9s ou les pr\u00e9venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>Des pratiques de groupe (Yajna) <\/strong>: en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les pratiques du yoga sont des pratiques solitaires, m\u00eame si l\u2019on peut pour recevoir l\u2019enseignement en groupe, on travaille seul. Il y a certains espaces, des rituels (puja), o\u00f9 on se r\u00e9unit et dans lesquels on travaille tous ensemble sur un th\u00e8me autour de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. On m\u00e9lange nos \u00e9nergies pour les faire circuler entre nous. C\u2019est assez rare. On peut dire que 90 % de la pratique de yoga est solitaire et il y a quelque moment o\u00f9 l\u2019on se r\u00e9unit pour \u00ab booster \u00bb les \u00e9nergies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>Le yoga \u00ab des braises \u00bb (pavaka)<\/strong> : on pratique dans une ambiance surchauff\u00e9e avec des mantra et quelques postures pour un nettoyage physique, \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">\u2022 <strong>Le yoga du sommeil \u00e9veill\u00e9 (yoga nidra)<\/strong> : se mettre dans une d\u00e9tente profonde pour arriver dans un \u00e9tat entre deux (entre sommeil et veille), puis on se laisse aller dans un voyage int\u00e9rieur qui d\u00e9pend de se que l\u2019on souhaite (il y a environ une trentaine de yoga nidra codifi\u00e9s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sitetext-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Nathalie Sineux<\/p>\n<!--CusAds0-->\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px; margin: 0; padding: 0; clear: both;\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mon yoga Le NATHA-YOGA, celui de mon enseignement pendant 4 ann\u00e9es avec Christian Tikhomiroff (F.F.E.Y) .
