Le massage ayurv\u00e9dique a des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur le corps, l\u2019esprit et le syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Il int\u00e8gre l\u2019utilisation d\u2019huiles sp\u00e9cifiques (faites par moi ) qui adoucissent et relaxent les tissus (dhatus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Le massage ayurv\u00e9dique est autrement connu sous le nom Abhyanga. La s\u00e9mantique du mot est la composition de deux mots Sanskrit&nbsp;: Abhi et anga. Abhi signifie \u00ab&nbsp;dirig\u00e9 vers&nbsp;\u00bb et anga \u00ab&nbsp;mouvement&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">L\u2019Abhyanga est un massage synchronis\u00e9 du corps suivant les mouvements de la circulation sanguine. Autrement dit, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un massage du corps suivant le sens des poils. La raison scientifique de cette pratique est d\u2019augmenter la circulation sanguine, alimenter les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du corps ainsi que faciliter le travail du c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">L&rsquo;Abhyanga commence le massage par le cot\u00e9 post\u00e9rieur gauche du corps puis le cot\u00e9 droit et ainsi de suite&#8230;. Le Yin et le Yang, le f\u00e9minin, le masculin, la lune et le soleil, repr\u00e9sentent le monde comme le fruit de deux forces oppos\u00e9es et compl\u00e9mentaires, l&rsquo;une plut\u00f4t r\u00e9ceptive et l&rsquo;autre \u00e9mettrice, l&rsquo;une passive, l&rsquo;autre active, l&rsquo;une froide et l&rsquo;autre chaude, l&rsquo;une la force l&rsquo;autre la douceur etc&#8230;.. L\u2019un des Veda dit&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Massez-vous chaque jour tout le corps avec de l\u2019huile. C\u2019est nourrissant, cela apaise vos humeurs, donne de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, de l\u2019endurance, du plaisir et du sommeil. On peut trivialement comparer cette pratique \u00e0 l\u2019entretien du moteur de sa voiture.
