L\u2019observer est primordial, s\u2019adapter est vitale\u2026\u2026. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">L\u2019\u00eatre humain est le reflet de l\u2019univers&nbsp;: un <strong>microcosme<\/strong> qui \u00e9volue au fil du temps en <strong>accord <\/strong>et en <strong>r\u00e9sonance <\/strong>avec son <strong>environnement&nbsp;<\/strong>. L\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de vie (dinacharya) et tout particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019alimentation s\u2019adapte \u00e0 cette routine saisonni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" Ayurv\u00e9da<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Saison o\u00f9 l\u2019on <strong>quitte l\u2019inutile<\/strong>, sa parure (les feuilles), ce qui nous sert plus\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Nous nous d\u00e9laissons de ce qui prend trop d\u2019\u00e9nergie, pour laisser place \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion interne, profonde et faire le point avant une phase de repos qui sera l\u2019hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">C\u2019est une saison de <strong>mutation<\/strong>, elle nous pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 une <strong>renaissance <\/strong>qui fera \u00e9clore des <strong>nouvelles graines<\/strong>, comme les arbres, nous utilisons \u00e0 bon escient notre s\u00e8ve pour <strong>nourrir notre int\u00e9rieur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Le l\u00e2cher prise et int\u00e9riorisation, nous r\u00e9coltons les fruits ce que nous avons bien semer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">L\u2019automne est la saison du <strong>dosha Vata<\/strong> (air et \u00e9ther), le <strong>vent <\/strong>et <strong>l\u2019espace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">En Ayurv\u00e9da, Vata a les m\u00eames qualit\u00e9s que cette saison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">La s\u00e9cheresse, fra\u00eecheur, le vent, les feuilles qui virevoltent dans l\u2019espace pour ce d\u00e9poser sur le sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Je vous rappelle l\u2019humeur biologique du vent et du mouvement&nbsp;: VATA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">C\u2019est une <strong>\u00e9nergie motrice<\/strong>, celle qui fait bouger, est le mariage de l\u2019air et de l\u2019espace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Ce dosha est froid, l\u00e9ger, sec, mobile, agit\u00e9, changeant \u00e9motionnelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Vata sont&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Une imagination et cr\u00e9ation d\u00e9bordante, \u00e7a bouillonne, une compr\u00e9hension rapide, beaucoup d\u2019id\u00e9es souvent innovantes et avant-gardistes, une logique rapide et cr\u00e9atrice, peu d\u2019endurance, une incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 aller jusqu\u2019au bout des choses entreprises mais aussi de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, des peurs, peu de m\u00e9moire, de l\u2019ind\u00e9cision et de l\u2019instabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Le si\u00e8ge de Vata dans le corps est le c\u00f4lon, sa maison principale (espace et mouvement), dans le syst\u00e8me nerveux, les os, les articulations, les organes fonctionnant avec un rythme (c\u0153ur, poumons, la circulation sanguine, la circulation nerveuse, les bras et les jambes en mouvement, les oreilles (mouvement du son dans les osselets) etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">La saison automnale,Vata est donc en aggravation, car toutes les caract\u00e9ristiques mentionn\u00e9es se trouvent actionn\u00e9es et peuvent devenir excessives s\u2019il n\u2019est pas ma\u00eetris\u00e9.  Il peut cr\u00e9er des troubles dans l\u2019organisme comme l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de la d\u00e9pression, des probl\u00e8mes articulaires, des troubles digestifs ( gaz et constipation),des troubles du sommeil ( insomnies,cauchemars,r\u00e9veils nocturnes)\u2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Voil\u00e0 les interf\u00e9rences du dosha Vata et de l\u2019automne.  Ceci sont des exemples de ce qui peut se passer dans votre corps, t\u00eate et votre \u00e9nergie. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Ces recommandations sont indicatrices et g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.
