La s\u00e8ve des arbres commence \u00e0 remonter des racines vers le tronc pour alimenter les branches qui commencent \u00e0 bourgeonner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">L\u2019\u00e9nergie de vie se fait \u00e0 nouveau sentir, les projets se remettent en route apr\u00e8s avoir connu une sorte d\u2019hibernation n\u00e9cessaire au recalibrage et \u00e0 la maturation.<br>Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et de repos, il est temps de repasser \u00e0 l\u2019action et de reprendre les&nbsp;choses en main. La motivation et l\u2019entrain reviennent du fait d\u2019une mont\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9nergie due \u00e0 la hausse de temp\u00e9rature qui dilate et augmente le flux de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et des fluides dans le corps. Ce dernier se retrouve davantage irrigu\u00e9 qu\u2019en hiver, p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 l\u2019organisme tourne au ralenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Quand les&nbsp;Doshas&nbsp;sont \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, nous vivons longtemps et dans le meilleur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 possible, et c\u2019est l\u00e0 l\u2019objet de l\u2019Ayurveda&nbsp;: pr\u00e9server cet \u00e9quilibre dans la vie et avec la vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Toute forme de&nbsp;vie ob\u00e9it \u00e0 des cycles. Les mouvements et les changements d\u2019\u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des \u00ab&nbsp;d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres&nbsp;\u00bb dans l\u2019\u00e9quilibre. Nous pouvons l\u2019observer dans le rythme des saisons par exemple avec les cycles d\u2019augmentation, d\u2019aggravation puis de diminution des&nbsp;Doshas.&nbsp;C\u2019est quand nous d\u00e9passons l\u2019aggravation que le r\u00e9-\u00e9quilibrage&nbsp;devient plus complexe, car il nous faut revenir de plus loin.<br>Il est donc important d\u2019observer les qualit\u00e9s et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments dominants de chaque saison pour ajuster&nbsp;notre alimentation et notre mode de vie selon les besoins et les caract\u00e9ristiques de notre constitution. Ainsi, nous pr\u00e9servons l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et corrigeons les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres. C\u2019est l\u00e0 tout l\u2019objet du&nbsp;Rituel, ou r\u00e9gime saisonnier, effectu\u00e9 en parall\u00e8le du&nbsp;Dinacharya, ou gestes du quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Faire une cure anti-Ama&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Chaque moment de transition entre deux saisons est le moment id\u00e9al pour faire une cure anti-Ama ( toxines du corps), plus particuli\u00e8rement lors du passage de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019automne et de l\u2019hiver au printemps.\u00a0Ama\u00a0est le mot sanskrit pour d\u00e9signer les aliments non dig\u00e9r\u00e9s qui s\u2019accumulent dans l\u2019organisme. L\u2019objet de cette cure est de dynamiser le feu digestif pour \u00e9vacuer ces d\u00e9chets. Donc, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019\u00e9viter de manger et de boire des aliments et des liquides lourds, humides et gras, difficiles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer, comme les produits laitiers non dilu\u00e9s avec des fruits  par exemple.
