Tous les textes lui rendent hommage comme \u00e9tant le premier sage, le premier yogi \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole des <strong>Nathayogi<\/strong>. Le mythe pr\u00e9tend qu&rsquo;il est le premier humain \u00e0 avoir re\u00e7u l&rsquo;enseignement du yoga. Cette l\u00e9gende raconte que cela se passait il y a longtemps, dans un endroit isol\u00e9 au pied du <strong>Mont Kailash<\/strong>, au bord du <strong>lac Manasarovar<\/strong>, qui selon le mythe est le lac \u00ab <strong>mental <\/strong>\u00bb de la terre. Pr\u00e8s du lac, <strong>Shiva <\/strong>et <strong>Shakti <\/strong>\u00e9taient assis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">Dans le<strong> Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Matsyendra <\/strong>est mentionn\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant l&rsquo;un des <strong>fondateurs <\/strong>de la science du<strong> Yoga. (Hatha Vidya). <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-sitetext-color has-text-color has-large-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\">On raconte qu&rsquo;un jour, le seigneur Shiva conduisit Parvati (Shakti), son \u00e9pouse, sur une ile d\u00e9serte et lui d\u00e9voila les myst\u00e8res du yoga. Paripurna <\/strong>signifie <strong>entier, complet.&nbsp; Matsyendra<\/strong> \u00e9tait un des fondateurs de la science du yoga (hatha yoga). Le verset 27 du Hatha yoga pradipika mentionne: Matsyendrasana augmente l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit en activant le feu digestif et gu\u00e9rit de tr\u00e8s graves maladies du corps; la pratique de cet asana \u00e9veille la<strong> Kundalini <\/strong>et rend la<strong> lune stable&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"> Il est dit que le souffle qui passe par la narine droite est chaud et celui qui passe par celle de gauche est froid. C&rsquo;est pourquoi on appelle <strong>souffle solaire <\/strong>le souffle qui passe par la narine droite, <strong>et souffle lunaire <\/strong>celui qui passe par la narine gauche. La Nadi droite se nomme<strong> Pingala (couleur du feu) <\/strong>et la nadi gauche se nomme<strong> Ida<\/strong>. La lune parcourant Ida, rafra\u00eech\u00eet de son nectar l&rsquo;organisme entier, car le corps humain est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant un microcosme. On dit que la lune se tient \u00e0 la base du palais, faisant sans cesse couler l&rsquo;ambroisie rafra\u00eechissante qui est consum\u00e9e en alimentant le feu digestif. La pratique de<strong> Matsyendrasana<\/strong> \u00e9vite cela.
